User Agreement

Bundlite ("Bundlite", "we", "our" or "us"), through its affiliates, provides global mobile data connectivity services and other services to users around the world. It is your responsibility to read and understand the following terms (collectively, the "Terms of Service") in full and thoroughly. You ("User") purchase, lease, install, enter, use or access our products, applications, services or websites (collectively, "Services"), indicating your agreement and acceptance of our Terms of Service

If you are a user located in the South Africa and Africa, these Terms of Service are concluded between you and Bundlite.

Bundlite may modify or change these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the law, modifications or updates to the Services. If such changes will materially affect the user's rights under the Terms of Service, Bundlite will notify the user through push notifications or in-app messages. Such changes will not be retroactive.

I. Mobile WiFi Devices

1. Users should use the mobile WiFi devices purchased or leased from us ("Equipment") carefully and appropriately in accordance with the instructions in the device's user manual.

II. Mobile Data Service

1. Users acknowledge that the mobile data traffic purchased or otherwise provided to users is provided by third-party telecommunications service providers. Therefore, Bundlite cannot and does not guarantee the continuous and trouble-free operation of its mobile data service, and users should refer to the relevant terms of service provided by third-party telecommunications service providers

2. After using up all prepaid mobile data traffic, customers will be able to purchase additional mobile data traffic through our website or application.

3. If users encounter any difficulties in using our mobile data service, please contact our user service team.

III. Pricing, Billing and Payment

1. Please refer to the mobile data service rates ("Service Fees") on your application. All service fees must be paid in advance. You can find your payment records and traffic usage records on your application.

2. If you use YOCO to pay for your services, you acknowledge and agree that the processing of such payments shall be handled by the third party and subject to its terms of service, and your personal data will be processed by the third party in accordance with their privacy policy. Please be sure to review the terms of service of these third parties before proceeding with payment.

IV. Termination

1. Bundlite may terminate or suspend the Service if Bundlite has reason to believe that the following events have occurred (i.e., "Termination Event"): (i) the device was obtained through any false representation or fraudulent means; (ii) any meter in the device has been tampered with; (iii) the device is being or has been used for any illegal, improper, or applicable legal purpose; (iv) the user violates any of the provisions of these Terms of Service, including payment terms; (v) there may be theft; (vi) according to the general operating practices and procedures of the mobile communications industry, there is fraud or abnormally high usage rates are detected. If Bundlite terminates or suspends your Service in the event of a Termination Event, Bundlite will not be required to refund any amount you have paid to Bundlite.

V. Fair Use Policy

1. For certain countries, we may formulate a Fair Use Policy (FUP) based on the business practices of local Internet service providers (local domestic wireless network operators). When the above FUP exists, it may limit the amount of data transmission during certain time periods. Internet service providers ("ISPs") often set caps on wireless data usage when individual users exceed a certain amount of data usage within a specified time period, which may cause the ISP to limit the connection speed. Users understand that FUP may exist and accept this possibility, and users will not hold Bundlite responsible for any FUP, connection speed restrictions or related issues that may affect the performance of the device or the user experience.

VI. Bundlite's Liability

1. Bundlite makes no express or implied promises, representations or warranties of any matter, including but not limited to the merchantability, accuracy, reliability, status or fitness for a particular purpose of the equipment or data services provided under these Terms of Service. Unless otherwise provided in these Terms of Service, Bundlite does not guarantee that the user's use of the equipment or services will be secure, timely, uninterrupted or error-free, or that the service will meet the user's requirements, or that the system that provides the service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

2. Bundlite will not limit or exclude such liability to you for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. xxxx shall not be liable in any circumstances for any and all liabilities, claims, losses, injuries, damages or expenses of any kind (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, impairment of goodwill and anticipated savings and punitive damages) arising or resulting directly or indirectly from (i) the equipment, (ii) the equipment's inability to operate properly or fail to operate at all, or (iii) any delay, failure (such as service degradation) or failure to provide service. Bundlite's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the equipment and mobile data traffic.

3. Bundlite reserves the right to deactivate the equipment at any time without notice to the user if Bundlite detects abnormally high usage or possible fraud in accordance with general operating practices and procedures in the mobile communications industry, and Bundlite shall not be liable for this.

VII. Transfer of Rights

1. Bundlite may transfer or update any rights and obligations under these Terms of Service at its sole discretion. Bundlite may hire subcontractors to perform its obligations under these Terms of Service. The User may not transfer any rights and obligations under these Terms of Service without Bundlite's prior consent.

VIII. General Terms

1. The headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience of reference only and have no legal or contractual effect.

2. Bundlite's waiver of any right to exercise its rights for any violation of these Terms of Service shall not be deemed a waiver of its right to exercise its rights for subsequent violation of such term or other terms under these Terms of Service.

3. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Bundlite and the User regarding the subject matter of these Terms of Service. Except as provided in these Terms of Service, there are no other express or implied, statutory or other representations, conditions, warranties, guarantees or ancillary agreements between the parties regarding the content of the equipment or services.

4. Bundlite is not responsible for any privacy or security deficiencies that may occur in the Services. The User authorizes Bundlite to monitor and record data regarding the User's account or services and agrees that Bundlite will use automatic dialing equipment to contact the User. Bundlite has the right to intercept and disclose the transmitted data to protect its rights or property, as permitted by applicable law.

5. Bundlite has the right to amend these Terms of Service if necessary for security purposes, changes in applicable laws, or changes in the services provided, provided that such amendments will not cause damage to users. In the event of an amendment, Bundlite will send users a notice of such amendments by email or any other reasonable means.

6. These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Chinese law.

7. Chinese courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes under these Terms of Service. Therefore, each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts and waives the right to object to the exercise of such jurisdiction.

8. These Terms of Service may be provided in languages ​​other than English. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between different language versions, the English version shall prevail.

IX. Product Delivery

1. After the order payment is completed, the product will be issued to your traffic package list, and you can access your traffic package information in the Bundlite APP [My Traffic Package].

X. Refund

1. Unactivated traffic packages can be refunded through orders within 90 days after purchase, and the refund will be returned according to the original payment method; activated traffic packages cannot be refunded.
